manufactures testing equipments for textile industry. The manufacturing process
is as follows:

PRODUCT 1:
SAMPLE CONDITIONING SYSTEM
Conditioning
of textile samples like fibre, yarn and fabric to the required humidity level
is an important necessity as the strength, elongation and fitness are affected
due to presence of moisture. Using this system the samples can be conditioned
to the required humidity level within 30 minutes. The conditioned samples can
be tested for count, strength, elongation, fineness, maturity etc. It works on
the forced draught method hence uniform conditioning happens at faster rate.
PRODUCT 2:
HIGH SPEED REELING MACHINE
This machine
is used in manufacturing of Hanks from Cotton Yarn. It has 54” Circumference or
1 Meter for plain reeling and cross motion with change gear for single, double
and four hanks.
PRODUCT 3:
WRAP REEL
This
is used in process of converting cotton yarn to lea. This has various variants
available. It is power driven to take 20 cops and 10 cops on each side.
PRODUCT 4:
LEA STRENGTH TESTER
This
is used to test the strength of cotton lea. It is available in two types which
are wall mounting and floor mounting types. It is power driven with motor and
has capacity of 50,100,200,300,500 lbs.
PRODUCT 5: YARN EXAMINATION TESTER
This is
used in inspection of yarn quality. Visual test is used to check and compare
with the master piece.
