Limited is the largest producer of latex surgical and examination gloves in
Cochin Special Economic Zone having FDA 510(K) registration for examination
gloves. Their quality system is certified for ISO 9002 / EN 46002 and ANSI/ASQC
Q9002 and can declare CE mark on the non sterile products. The process followed
in the organization for manufacturing of Latex gloves is shown bellow.

LATEX EXAMINATION GLOVES
Universal pre-powdered,
non-sterile, all-purpose examination glove is dusted uniformly and lightly with
high-grade corn starch for easy donning and removal. This long - leached glove
is significantly low in extractable protein and chemical residue, and is ideal
for persons with sensitive skin. This ambidextrous glove, which comes in
various lengths and a full range of sizes, offers flexibility of use in all
areas.

CHLORINATION PROCESS
Pre-powdered surgical and examination gloves are put through
various chemical processes so as to remove all the powder but a silky finish is
given to all the gloves to facilitate easy donning. The proteins are also
reduced to the minimum levels. Color of gloves will be dark yellow to golden
yellow.
