Product 1:  COMPUTERIZED WHEEL ALIGNER

Wheel aligner is used for the following purpose:

 

·    To check wheel alignment of Cars and LCVs by measuring various Wheel angles, Steering axis angles.

·    To give printout of alignment before and after corrections (adjustments).

·    Wheel alignment is done to :

a.       Increase tyre life and fuel efficiency.

b.       Improve steering control, spot braking and driving comfort.

c.        To prevent side dragging / pulling.

d.       To ensure lesser wear and tear of Kingpin / Suspension joints.

e.       More fuel consumption 

 

Technology used

 

·    CCD (Charge Coupled Device) and IR (Infra Red) technology for measurement of Toe angles.

·    Inclinometer sensors (Tilt sensors) for measurement of other angles named Camber, Caster, and Kingpin etc.

·    Data communication using cables & Radio frequency between sensor arms and equipment.

·    Windows XP based software models are used.

Product 2: COMPUTERIZED WHEEL BALANCE

Wheel balancer is used for following purpose:

 

·    Wheel balancer locates the unbalance and indicates the position and weight to be added in the inner and outer planes of car and LCV wheels of Rim diameter 10” to 17.5”.

·    Detects unbalance through vibration of Piezoelectric Sensors when the wheel is rotated at known speed

Product 4: MULTI GAS ANALYSER

 

Gas analyzer is used for the following purpose :

 

·    To analyze exhaust gases of Petrol vehicle Engines

·    It measures and displays CO (Carbon Monoxide) and HC (Hydro Carbon)

·    CO2 (Carbon Dioxide) and O2 (Oxygen) contents are also measured (possible in Multi gas  Analyzer model only)

a.                                                                                CO, CO2 and O2 are displayed in % vol.

b.                                                                                HC is displayed in PPM (Parts Per million).

c.                                                                                 Lambda and AFR (Air Fuel Ratio) which indicates combustion efficiency of the

     Engine  (possible in Multi gas analyzer model only).

 

·    Results can be used for tuning the engine for fuel efficiency and for pollution control.
