All Melam products pass a critical quality test at its modern mechanized plant. Packing is done under stringent hygienic conditions.The production process used in the company is as follows:

The "Melam Ready Curry Mix" is a unique blend of Indian Spices for making delicious curries .It is developed by the R & D Department of the MELAM MASALAS and is yet another landmark in the world of taste. By use of these ready mix, a variety of dishes like Sambar, Chicken Curry, Meat Curry, Fish Curry, Chicken Fry and Fish Fry, can be tastefully prepared effortless to suit the modern way of living.
