Technology/Process Description:
Company is the
largest manufacturer and processor of centrifuged latex in India. Centrifuging
machine (L-779) is used for processing Latex, with an output capacity of 2055
Lit per Day. Strict quality control is supported with a well equipped
laboratory with the latest calibrated testing equipments. Testing is done on
all materials, which includes the unprocessed Latex and all Chemicals. This
controls the latex quality at the initial stages of processing.
Added to the regular forms of creamed,
centrifuged and double-centrifuged latex, company excels in processing
speciality latex grades. They meet, the exact standards required by clients
which are manufacturers of Gloves, Mattress, Condoms, Toys, Balloon or
Catheters.
Technically specified natural rubber is processed to produce ISNR-20
(Internationally known as SMR-20). The Company also makes technically specified
natural rubber of higher grades including ISNR-3L.
This first latex glove plant was set in
India by the company. The unit has an installed capacity to produce 1,64,25,000
pairs of gloves per annum. Company manufactures gloves which are marketed under
the brand names Serjun and Caretex.

There are a wide variety of natural
rubber latex types including high ammonia, low ammonia, double centrifuged
latex, deproteinized latex and homogenized latex. This is made from natural
rubber and is an important raw material for industrial use.

2: TECHNICAL SPECIFIED RUBBER (ISNR)
Technical Specified
Rubber or T.S.R.(Internationally known as SMR) is the form of rubber whose
properties are well known and confirm to set pre-determined standards. The
processing of technically specified natural rubber is done to produce ISNR-20 (Internationally
known as SMR-20). The Company also makes technically specified natural rubber
of higher grades including ISNR-3L and ISNR-3CV. Coagulated field latex is used as the chief
raw material for production of ISNR-3L and ISNR-3CV while cuplump is used as
main raw material for production of ISNR-20.

Testing: Stringent testing as per
norms is carried out to ensure that production meets various parameters. From a lot, samples are cut from two opposing
corners of every tenth bale. The two are then bulked and tested for various
parameters.
