Technology/Process Description:
Goltex
Knitting Mills manufactures knitted fabric for innerwear. Knitting Machines are
used to make fabric from yarn. Fabric is then sent for Bleaching and Dyeing
operation which is outsourced. Bleached and Dyed Fabric is then compacted which
goes for cutting and shaping. Shaped fabric then goes for stitching and
finishing. Besides knitting and stitching all other processes are outsourced.

Product 1: Innerwear
Innerwear is sold under the name of Titanic. It is made of
soft and absorbent knitted fabric made from the finest 100% combed cotton yarn
and has shape retention and washability.
The Titanic products provide flexibility with maximum
freedom of movement. These are stitched with high strength
polyester thread for maximum durability.
Besides the main product there are
other products which are produced by Goltex which are as follows:
1. Basic t-shirts. Basic round
neck 100% cotton t-shirts in white and dyed,
2. Polo-shirts. 100% cotton ,
plain, Pieque and interlock or Lacoste-knit design polo-shirts.
3. Ladies-wears. All types of ladies
wears in cotton and lycra.
4. Children wears: Set-items, printed
items and fancy items etc.
