Description:
General
Rubbers manufactures Tread Rubber, Precured Tread Rubber
and other Retreading materials. Midas is the brand name of the retreading
material produced by General Rubbers. It is the most popular brand of Tyre
Retreading Materials in India. Midas is growing through constant innovation and
R&D at General Rubbers. Latest technology is used to provide better
mileage and a trouble free performance. All materials are thoroughly quality
tested to ensure consistency. Every 60 Kg of mixed compound is tested for
correct dispersion and to ensure they meet high standards, before further
processing takes place. All raw materials are tested before using in
production.

PRODUCT1: PRECURED TREAD RUBBER
This is the main product of General Rubbers.
This is made from high mileage compounds. These treads are accepted world over and tested on
all road conditions. There is a wide range of
international designs and sizes meant to cater specific needs. On the basis of
Base Width there are 5 types of Precured Tread Rubber products, which are :

This is available in
custom specified sizes. Different compounds are available for different uses including
(Truck, Tractor and OTR).Two main types are Camel Back and Orbi Tread.

PRODUCT 3:
BONDING GUM
High quality Bonding Gum is manufactured for
pre-cured retreading process to suit curing temperatures of 99°C, 125°C and
150°C. The gum is made from 100% natural rubber to increase tack. Different
types of Gum are available for both Precured and Hot process. It can be used to
fill nail holes and repair injured parts of casing. The technical specifications
are given below:
