Technology/Process Description:
Cottongate manufactures, exports and supplies knitted garments in 100% cotton and blended too. Company has complete
setup for manufacturing any knitted apparel according to the requirements of
buyers, and can develop samples
according to styles and designs provided by buyers. Company out sources part of
the production process to small knitting companies, Dyeing units and compacting
units.
Compacted fabric is cut
in the cutting unit and then sent in to stitching unit which are in house
units.

Products:
The
product range is as follows:
1.T-shirts. From 110 gsm to 250 gsm, white or dyed, printed and
plain.
2. Polo-shirts. 100% cotton and P/C, plain, Pique-knit or
Lacoste-knit structures, collar t-shirts.
3. Children wear: set-items, printed items, Fancy items
etc.
4. Ladies-wears. Ladies-tops, printed and Lycra tops, night-wears,
beach-wears etc.
